The weapon of the Fratelli d'Italia deputy Emanuele Pozzolo , from which the shot was fired which on New Year's Eve, in Rosazza, in the Biella area, wounded 31-year-old Luca Campana, son-in-law of the undersecretary Andrea Delmastro's escort leader, «has always been in hand in Pozzolo".

This was stated to the investigators by Delmastro's escort leader, police inspector Pablito Morello, as reported by the newspaper La Stampa.

In his words, contained in the investigation documents, there is the reconstruction of the scene after the shot. The escort leader was «the only one next to him (Pozzolo, ed.) on the left side, standing above the table». Then there was the shot. «Pozzolo, scared and surprised, seemed to drop the gun on the table».
