The requests for release from prison or house arrest presented by some of the lawyers of the defendants resident in Bologna who ended up in prison on December 4 as part of the investigation by the Digos and the Public Prosecutor's Office (12 arrests in total) into the supremacist and neo-Nazi group “Werwolf Division” were rejected by the investigating judge of the Bologna Court, Nadia Buttelli.

Among the charges leveled against the group are propaganda and incitement to crime on the grounds of racial, ethnic and religious discrimination, and the "preparation of serious attacks", including against Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni and an economist from the World Economic Forum, Klaus Schwab.

In particular, some of the alleged "leaders" of the terrorist organization, such as Daniele Trevisani and Andrea Ziosi, remain in prison. The same goes for Federico Trevisani and Alessandro Giuliano, who during his interrogation last Saturday had agreed to answer questions, essentially explaining that he had distanced himself from the group for some time.

All were transferred to “high security” prisons. Giuliano in particular was sent to Sassari.

"The judge rejected my request for release - his lawyer Gabriele Bordoni explained - saying that after the interrogation on Saturday, further checks were carried out on the seized phones and these checks would provide evidence of the permanence of contacts between the suspects in recent times, also through other communication channels, not only Telegram, and the fact that there was this continuation of relationships until September excludes that my client has taken a radical distance from this environment. At the same time, for 'high security' he was transferred from Bologna to the prison in Sassari. On Tuesday morning there will be a review for Giuliano and we will discuss it", concluded Bordoni.

In addition to Giuliano, the brothers Daniele and Federico Trevisani, assisted by the lawyer Elisa Lupi, were also transferred from Bologna to Alessandria and Ferrara, where there are high security departments.
