Overwhelmed by the train on his way home from school: a 15-year-old died

He was returning from school, perhaps listening to music with headphones or looking at his mobile phone and for this reason he did not notice the arrival of the train as it crossed the tracks. It is the first reconstruction of the fatal accident that took place yesterday afternoon in Genoa and cost the life of a 15-year-old.
The young man was headed home: to shorten the journey he decided to cross the tracks when a freight convoy arrived, which overwhelmed him.
The dramatic moments were captured by the station's surveillance cameras. According to some witnesses, someone yelled at him to stop , but the boy would not have heard. The carabinieri and the railway police intervened on the scene of the tragedy.
