On a scooter with his 12-year-old son he flees from the police and crashes: a 49-year-old dies, the boy is seriously ill

On board a scooter he ran away at the sight of the police and crashed into a passing car, dying on impact. It happened in Nettuno, near Rome. The victim is a 49-year-old Bulgarian citizen. His 12-year-old son who was on the scooter with him was seriously injured and rushed to hospital.

The motorist was also rescued, left in shock by what happened.

According to an initial reconstruction, the victim was riding the scooter with his son when he encountered a police car which ordered him to stop. The 49-year-old, however, did not stop and tried to escape, triggering a crazy chase through the streets of the coast. An escape that however ended tragically.
