First he made several drinks for her and her friend. Then he followed her into the bathroom of the club and raped her . It happened in Naples where a barman was arrested after attacking an English tourist , on holiday in the Neapolitan city. The facts date back to last July.

The man, a 27-year-old, is now under house arrest . According to the complaint filed by the girl the day after the abuse, he jumped on her while she was in the toilet , blocking her every escape route.

In front of the police, the young woman had no doubts: it was the man who had served her a drink shortly before. «Suddenly he was on top of me, I saw his pants down. And it all happened without my consent," we read in the statements.
