For a month Annalucia Cecere, the former teacher now under investigation for the murder of Nada Cella , which took place on May 6, 1996, threatened Antonella Pesce Delfino, the criminologist who had the cold case reopened by the Genoa prosecutor.
In the summer of 2019, the criminologist showed up at Cecere's house pretending to be interested in problems related to the world of school. But when the conversation ended about her previous life in Chiavari, Cecere stiffened and from that moment the intimidation started. Phone calls and audio are now being examined by the prosecutor Gabriella Dotto who, together with the prosecutor Francesco Pinto, coordinates the investigation of the mobile team led by the first manager Stefano Signoretti.

Often very violent words: "Why did you come here to make sure I only had one dog. I don't have only that one, I also have another one that if you come back here, he'll blow you up alive, do you understand?". And, again: "Listen, do not pretend to be stupid eh ... you understood with me ... Now I will reopen the case, do not worry ... in fact I have now learned from Chiavari ... I have now spoken to the Chiavari police that maybe the case has already been reopened, don't worry ... I'll drag you by the hair, huh? Then I'll make you ask the questions, guess the riddle ... which slut came to my house? ". "Come on, don't pretend to be stupid bitch ... but how did you know that I was dating (...) and all the c ... mine and the short one with (...). How did you know? Are you afraid, eh? Now I'm here, don't worry ".

THE INVESTIGATIONS - The case was reopened thanks to the criminologist, who re-read the documents of the old investigation, discovering underestimated details and macroscopic errors. Like not having taken into consideration some buttons found at the time in the suspect's house such as one found under the body of the secretary.

By searching Cecere's house in Boves, the investigators found and confiscated a moped that the woman had used in Chiavari 25 years ago and which the forensics will now test for luminol. A witness, in the days following the crime, had told of having seen, on the very morning of Cella's death, Cecere under the office of the accountant Marco Soracco (where Cella was killed) while he was going away on his scooter.

In addition to Cecere, defended by the lawyer Giovanni Roffo, Soracco and his elderly mother are under investigation. The two, defended by the lawyer Andrea Vernazza, are accused of making false statements to the prosecutor for having lied about the real relationship between the professional and the former teacher.
