Milan, urban planning investigation: the investigating judge orders six arrests, with former councilor Tancredi placed under house arrest.
The same ruling applies to Catella and Marinoni. The prosecutor's case is upheld.

The investigation into urban planning in Milan. Preliminary Investigations Judge Mattia Fiorentini accepts the prosecutor's case, ordering six arrests. House arrests are ordered for former councilor Giancarlo Tancredi, Coima CEO Manfredi Catella, Giuseppe Marinoni and Alessandro Scandurra, respectively president and member of the Landscape Commission, and former J+S manager Federico Pella. The judge ordered the prison sentence for Andrea Bezziccheri, owner of Bluestone. The judge rejected the charge of undue influence in the Pirellino affair, which prosecutors had charged against Mayor Giuseppe Sala (along with a charge of forgery) and architect Stefano Boeri.
