Great fear this morning in Milan , in the subway , where a 37-year-old Algerian threatened the State Police officers by shouting "Allah Akbar" .

This is a man for whom there is an international arrest warrant for terrorism , and who, surprised by the police, also attempted to grab a knife with a blade over 12 centimeters from his backpack .

Digos police discovered that the man, unknown to the Italian police force, was wanted in Algeria because he was believed to be part of the Islamic State militias since 2015 , and was employed on the Syrian-Iraqi front.

The 37-year-old, on the orders of the Milan Court of Appeal competent for the extradition procedure, for which the Minister of Justice has already given his consent, was taken to the San Vittore prison , awaiting his imminent transfer to Algeria .
