New landing of migrants on the Italian coasts.

Last night, during a storm, 300 people - including many women and about thirty minors - who were traveling aboard a fishing boat in trouble due to bad weather were rescued 12 miles from Roccella Jonica (Reggio Calabria).

The migrants, of Egyptian nationality, got on some patrol boats of the Guardia di Finanza.

Divided into three groups, they were taken to the port.

Health checks and all the investigations ordered by the prefecture of Reggio Calabria are currently underway on them.

They are housed in the new tensile structure set up by the Red Cross.

In recent days, despite the strong sirocco winds that hit the area, there have been about one hundred arrivals on the coast of Locride.
