Locked in the hot car while her parents are fighting outside: newborn hospitalized in red code

What happened in Borgo Montello, a hamlet of Latina , could have ended in tragedy.

A couple of parents, 40 years old and 38 years old, were arguing animatedly outside the car, completely oblivious to their two-month-old daughter abandoned in the hot car with the windows closed , as told by the Lazio TGR.

Fortunately, to notice the scene, and to hear the girl's desperate screams, it was the clerk of a shop nearby who called the carabinieri .

The 118 military and health personnel immediately intervened on the spot, who urgently brought the little girl to the Santa Maria Goretti hospital in red code . The newborn, thanks to the medical attention, has recovered and is now not in danger of life .

When she is fully recovered she will be entrusted to an institute . The mother and father, who will have to answer for neglect of a minor and already have precedents, have received the suspension of parental responsibility from the Juvenile Court of Rome.
