The disappearance, the discovery of the body, the accusations against her husband, the expert opinion of the Public Prosecutor who dubbed the case as suicide. But now her brother returns to the charge: Liliana Resinovich , the woman who disappeared from Tireste on December 14, 2021 and whose body was found on January 5 in a grove near her house, was killed.

This was stated in a note by the lawyer Nicodemo Gentile and the psychologist consultant Gabriella Marano, who work for Sergio Resinovich , brother of the victim.

An endless story: Liliana, they write, was killed by one or more people. She certainly did not commit suicide , however, in a way a little too convoluted as that of closing her head in two plastic bags and "wearing" two large bags from above and below , completely closing the body.

Gentile and Marano sift through the 50 pages of the prosecutor's advice, dismantling the thesis of asphyxiation that the woman would have caused herself, two or three days before the discovery. Reconstruction in which, however, it is not explained where the period from 14 December to early January would have spent.

This is the theory of the lawyers: on the morning of December 14, after loading the washing machine, having breakfast and taking the supplements, the woman was "intercepted, accompanied or in any case surprised by a visit from someone she knew well". A heated discussion would have arisen, "Liliana would have been beaten and tugged ", perhaps she suffered an obstruction of the respiratory tract, "perhaps with a scarf, a hat or a jacket, which caused heart failure" favored by the problems of heart found by the coroner of the Prosecutor's Office.

Several traumatic signs were found on the body : the swollen right eyelid, blood in the right root and trauma in the right side of the tongue, a blow on the left temple, a mark on the breast, probably a bruise, and a small cut on the fingers of a feet.

In addition to some " strange fractures that, at the moment, we are not allowed to review, but which will be the subject of evaluations when all the documents in the file can be fully acquired, including the images of the tac".

The two also go into the psychological aspect and report the opinion of the family doctor who was treating Liliana, who defined the woman as " calm and free from disturbances and imbalances that could have led to taking drugs".

The representatives of Sergio Resinovich also have an answer to the question about where Liliana was: after the struggle "the attackers had to reassemble Liliana, dressing her, and this explains the pink watch on Liliana's left wrist with the crown turned to the opposite, in the wrong direction ”, while Liliana carried him on her right arm.

The crime, they argue, could be "of proximity", matured "in the world of Liliana's broader relationships". Nor is " an unintentional murder , which then inevitably led the aggressor, or the aggressors, to have to conceal the body".
