The trial of the 50-year-old Sardinian accused of abusing two little girls, daughters of family friends, has begun in Treviso. According to the elements gathered by the Prosecutor's Office, after the investigations launched following reports from a pediatrician, the man - who has always declared himself uninvolved in the facts - molested the two minors, and on one occasion undressed one of them by kissing her. in the private parts.

The events reported took place between February and April 2020 when the girls were 7 and 10 years old. In the story told to his parents, the 50-year-old - as revealed by one of the two mothers - "tried to touch her chest, to kiss her". And he would also "lie on her". The other - as reported by the local press - declared that her daughter had confessed to her that the Sardinian "put his hands right there, undressed me and kissed my private parts".

The two sets of parents have joined as civil parties. Next hearing on January 18th.

The man, however, had already appeared in another case, again for sexual violence against two minors. The girls' mother and father first ended up under investigation for the abuse, but they were eventually acquitted and the investigation focused on the 50-year-old. But everything ended in nothing because the alleged victims did not want to be subjected to a psychological assessment.
