The Rome prosecutor's office has requested immediate judgment for Chiara Silvestri, the 23-year-old girl who ran over and killed 18-year-old Francesco Valdiserri with her car .

The tragic accident took place in via Cristoforo Colombo, in Rome, in the night between 19 and 20 October last.

The girl has to answer for vehicular homicide. The advice given by the prosecutors confirmed that that evening he had a blood alcohol level three times higher than permitted and the car was traveling at a speed exceeding the authorized limit on that stretch of road.

«We have never spoken directly about the night that destroyed Fra's life and ours – wrote Luca Valdiserri, journalist of the Corriere della Sera and father of the victim – We speak and we will speak of him as of many other victims of road violence. Do not drive if you have been drinking or taking substances, do not use your smartphone. Respect the speed limits."
