He stabs his daughter-in-law and reduces her to death

The woman who was stabbed at home by her father-in-law in San Giusto di Scandicci (Florence) is in serious condition.

The attack took place last night and the 83-year-old man was arrested by the carabinieri for attempted murder .

The victim, once rescued, was taken to the Careggi hospital to undergo surgery.

From what has been reconstructed so far, the stab wounds - for reasons not known at the moment - have reached her in the back .

The 38-year-old, of Slovak nationality, is married to a 40-year-old and has a child.
