On Tuesday, an autopsy will take place on the bodies of Giada and Alessio, the 13 and 7 year old children killed by their father in Mesenzana, in the Varese area, who then took his own life.

Assessment that will be used to understand the time of death and reconstruct what happened. From Andrea Rossin's cell phone, on the morning of the tragedy at 7 am, a phone call was sent which, according to the local press, was addressed to a religious but remained unanswered. Perhaps by then he had already stabbed his children to death, perhaps while they slept.

The 44-year-old was separating from his wife, Luana. But he did not take well this estrangement and the fact that the woman had gone to live with her parents a few weeks ago. The children had spent the night with him, their mother was supposed to take them to school and that's how she discovered the drama, when she went to the house of the ex, Andrea Rossin, to accompany them to class.

"He controlled me, he became jealous and was not at all happy with the separation, but I never thought he could do anything to my children, he never threatened me"; she told investigators after she was hospitalized due to an illness.
