He reverses, overwhelms and kills his two-year-old grandson

Tragedy in Favignana, Egadi island, in Sicily, where a two-year-old child died after being hit by the car driven by his grandfather.

The 75-year-old was at his son's home to spend Sunday together. At the end of the day, he got into the car, put the car in reverse but did not notice the presence of his grandson, who had gone into the courtyard.

Immediately rescued, the child's injuries proved to be very serious, and the transfer to Trapani was arranged but the child died shortly after.

The whole community is in shock, the prosecutor has decided not to subject the body to an autopsy.
