He received the social allowance from the INPS but had been a resident in Argentina for years.
The financiers of the Compagnia di Menaggio (Como) unmasked the man and denounced him, ordering him the preventive seizure of 62,200 euros collected unduly.
The investigations by the Fiamme Gialle have made it possible to identify the citizen, who fictitiously resided in a municipality of the Upper Lake, and to reconstruct his financial and equity position also through the analysis of bank flows.
They thus ascertained that from 2013, the year in which he transferred his residence to Argentina without communicating it to INPS, he had received the benefit unduly.
To obtain information on the man, the Financiers also activated international channels for the exchange of information, through the General Command of the Corps, thus having the certainty that he was still alive and still residing in Argentina.
