Six years in prison. This is the sentence imposed on a 45-year-old doctor of Sardinian origin, who was on duty at the INPS headquarters in Lodi at the beginning of 2017.

According to the accusation, supported by the prosecutor Laura Siani, the man allegedly molested two women of 50, who had turned to him for a check of disability and a cervical problem.

One of the two women had immediately reported the violence suffered while the second had said that she had also been a victim during the investigation.

Once the investigation started, the doctor has always declared himself innocent, but INPS had not renewed his contract.

Today the sentence arrived, with the court chaired by Angelo Gin Tibaldi who also ordered a compensation of 15 thousand euros for both victims, who became civil parties at the beginning of the judicial procedure.
