They devastated a farmhouse for no reason, regardless of the dangers to their own safety.

The protagonists are all children between 10 and 12 years old. The other night they entered the farmhouse located in the Calvenzano countryside, in the lower Bergamo area, and in this order: cut the sheets covering the hay, freed the cows by opening the fence, threw some tires into a silo, damaged a tractor and set it on fire.

The managers raised the alarm and the police intervened immediately, stopping and identifying two boys. Tomorrow the owners will file a complaint, the young people responsible for the raid are all residents of the town.

The farm is managed by Nadia Mapelli, representative of the local Coldiretti and who raises dairy cattle, but the farm is owned by the local Agricultural Cooperative. The area is not fenced and therefore the small group managed to reach the farmhouse without problems.

The owners found the sheet used to cover the hay collected in the fields and used as feed for the animals cut and had to quickly repair it to avoid damage: the tires that held it in place were thrown into a four meter high silos.

Nearby there was also a tractor without a wheel because it was broken, but in working order: the kids climbed on it and started it, without being able to move it because it was broken. At that point, however, they cut, perhaps out of spite, the wires of the agricultural vehicle's electrical system. The group then overturned a 5-litre container of used oil in a car park and set the oil on fire.

It was at that point that the police arrived in the area: the small group disappeared, only two children were found hiding near the farmhouse and identified. The carabinieri made contact with the parents of the minors, practically still children, and arrived at the farmhouse, themselves disconcerted by what had happened.
