An investigation is being carried out for voluntary murder for the death of Cristina Diac, the 48-year-old woman from Romania found dead in her apartment in via Orgiero in Sampierdarena, in the province of Genoa.
The deputy prosecutor Gabriella Marino is hearing her husband and a roommate at the police station together with the investigators of the mobile team, headed by the first manager Stefano Signoretti.
The husband is not under investigation but had a precedent for mistreatment of the woman, dating back to 2019 .
The victim would have a head injury and bruises on the body. In the next few hours the coroner will be instructed to perform the autopsy which will clarify the causes of death and the origin of the bruises.
