The prosecutors of Verona transmitted to the investigating judge the archiving request for Luca Morisi, the former social guru of Matteo Salvini who ended up in the register of suspects for the sale and possession of drugs.

An investigation linked to the story of August 14, when Morisi spent the night in his home in Belfiore (Verona) with two boys contacted on a dating site. The magistrates also asked for the dismissal of one of the two Romanian escorts, no charges had been brought against the other.

The prosecutors basically argue that that half a gram of cocaine found in a sachet is not enough to ask for a trial. The elements that led the scales to hang on the side of archiving for Morisi are essentially two: the social manager admitted to having bought the cocaine, but, as his lawyer, Fabio Pinelli, explained to the magistrates, there was no "a prior exchange agreement" with the other two to consume it together. And this, from the code, drops the accusation of drug dealing. Secondly, it was a minimal dose, compatible with personal use.

Analyzing the chats between the three in those hours, the magistrates also excluded that the bottle of rape drug in possession of one of the two Romanians belonged to Morisi, as the escort had claimed.

The Verona Public Prosecutor's Office confirmed that it is a mutual sale of narcotics, Ghb and cocaine, not punishable for the "particular tenuousness, considering the quantity and the known context".

It all started at 2 pm on the eve of August 15th, with a strange phone call received from the carabinieri. A young man asked 112 to intervene immediately "for a theft". Once on the spot, the soldiers found the two Romanians who were arguing with Morisi, who apparently had not paid them what was agreed.

One of the Romanians wanted to denounce the Carroccio social guru, and at one point he pulled a bottle of Ghb out of his backpack, claiming that Morisi had given it to him. From there the search began, then Morisi's admissions on the boys contacted through Grindr and the traces of cocaine in the house.

Now it's up to the investigating judge to decide whether to file as requested by the prosecutors, ask for an additional investigation or order the forced indictment.
