Thus the rapper Fedez, interviewed by Fabio Fazio on Nove, announced last night his commitment to "opening a free assistance center for thousands of teenagers suffering from mental health".
Fedez recalled the numbers of a rampant problem and he himself admitted that he was suffering. "Young people are victims of all possible addictions and loneliness, in 2024 it will be 100 years since the Basaglia law, we need to break down the stigma on mental health, those who provide information have the duty to do so", he added.
For him, therefore, success on the one hand, but also great pain on the other, which was accentuated after the illness and the recent emergency surgery for a stomach haemorrhage.
«After the last episode the fear returned quite a bit – explains Fedez to Fazio – I didn't expect to risk my life again in such a short time and so you think about it for a while».
Fedez was then moved to tears as he remembered Gianluca Vialli "and the time he took out for me, without knowing me at all, advising me and comforting me on the day of my hospitalization".
As for mental disorders, Fedez explained: «It all started when I was discharged from the hospital, a friend of mine told me "in my opinion you should tell your experience to a journalist", to Aldo Cazzullo, and it was the right choice. After that interview, read by millions of people, I began to understand how this was an emergency, to all intents and purposes."
As explained by Fedez according to the AIFA report "among the 20 most prescribed drugs six are antidepressants or anxiolytics". This means, continues the rapper, "that those who govern us know these data, but no one talks about it".
In the interview with "Che tempo che fa" there was also time to joke about the Sanremo festival, comment on Fiorello's prank and risk a future at Ariston. "I'm not coming back this year," Fedez said dryly. And Chiara Ferragni? Fazio asked. «I don't think so but Chiara speaks for her», the reply.
