This is what we read in the motivations of the first section of the Court of Assizes of Appeal of Turin regarding the latest sentence issued against Gabriel Falloni, the 37-year-old from Sorso found guilty of the murder of Elena Raluca Serban , a 32-year-old escort of Romanian origin , who last February was seen to "serve" the maximum sentence imposed on him in the first instance trial.
The man, defended by the lawyers Marco Palmieri and Davide Meloni, confessed to the crime, committed on April 17, 2021.
