It is the result of the "Promised Land" operation, which last December led to the execution of personal precautionary measures for seven people (three Egyptians, a Romanian, two Italians and a Bangladeshi) accused of various crimes, by the criminal association aimed at aiding illegal immigration and illegal stay on Italian territory, at aggravated fraud to the detriment of the State, at ideological falsehood and impersonation, with the seizure of illicit profits obtained by the suspects.

The investigations revealed a real syndicate that carried out illicit activities through two tax assistance centers in Turin , seized by the Fiamme Gialle, where renewals of residence permits and economic benefits in the form of citizenship income and maternity allowance were unduly issued. , babysitting bonuses, taxes, Naspi and other benefits for foreigners.

In particular, an incoming flow on payment cards by way of citizenship income was reconstructed for over 400 thousand euros in total, with 46 fictitious positions.
