Alfredo Cospito, the anarchist subjected to the 41 bis, the hard prison regime, at the Sassari-Bancali institute, was sentenced to 23 years in prison by the Court of Assizes of Appeal of Turin which recalculated the sentence. While the Attorney General had asked for life imprisonment.

The story is that of the bomb that exploded in front of the carabinieri school of Fossano, in the Cuneo area. The soldiers had not left the building, and even the second bomb had caused no injuries, only damage to the garbage containers.

The attack took place in June 2006. The judges considered that the episode was not worth the life sentence, in practice applying the criterion of the "minor act".

For Anna Beniamino, on the other hand, Cospito's former partner, the sentence was 17 years and 9 months against a request for 27 years and one month.

Finally, GLT, an anarchist originally from the Catania area who ended up on trial because he was considered linked to the Fai-Fri, Cospito's terrorist organization, was sentenced to one year. For investors, the 35-year-old was a "scribe" with the role of translating and disseminating claims and claims on the internet.
