Bologna, 94-year-old mother and son found dead at home: murder-suicide hypothesis

Bologna in shock after the discovery of two bodies in a suburban apartment , in via Marzabotto. The victims are a 72-year-old man and his 94-year-old mother .

From the first reconstructions it would seem to be a murder-suicide . The man allegedly shot the woman with a regularly held shotgun , then took his own life with the same firearm.

The man's son, the woman's nephew, raised the alarm. The dynamics and reasons for the extreme gesture are still to be clarified. The Police are on site for the first findings and investigations.
