The tutelary judge of Modena accepted the appeal of the Sant'Orsola hospital in Bologna on the case of the child suffering from heart disease, whose family refused blood transfusions from donors vaccinated against Covid-19, for an intervention to which the child must to be subjected.

This is confirmed by the lawyer Ugo Bertaglia, defender of the parents.

The judge would have essentially held that there are guarantees of absolute safety in the blood provided by the hospital, whatever its origin, thus making the objection of parents that "for religious reasons" want the blood to come from unvaccinated people surmountable.

The story had ended before the judges at the request of the child's family members, who wanted blood drawn for the surgery only from people not subjected to prophylaxis. In order to be able to follow up in a short time it seems that a tam tam in chat of no-vax environments was also launched to find non-immunized "volunteers" ready to donate their blood.

Sant'Orsola, in agreement with the transfusion center, had opposed the family's appeal because blood donations must follow very strict and very precise legal protocols, precisely to ensure safety for the sick.
