Quiet night for Silvio Berlusconi, hospitalized again yesterday at the San Raffaele hospital in Milan.

The former prime minister returned to the via Olgettina facility for " scheduled tests in relation to the well-known hematological pathology ", as stated in the medical bulletin signed by Alberto Zangrillo, head of intensive care and personal doctor of the Cavaliere, and by Fabio Ciceri, Head of Hematology.

Berlusconi had been discharged from the same hospital on May 19 , after more than forty days of hospitalization due to pneumonia, aggravated by chronic myelomonocytic leukemia. The checks to which the leader is subjected, the doctors say, meet "clinical criteria of normal practice in medicine", therefore there are no "criticalities or alarms" for his health conditions.

According to various sources, who do not hide the concern for the health of the leader of Forza Italia, the new hospitalization in ordinary hospitalization would be due to some values that emerged from routine examinations which recorded anomalous peaks . The meeting scheduled for today at lunchtime in Arcore with the Azzurri ministers has therefore been postponed.

Yesterday Berlusconi received phone calls from Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni and from Deputy Prime Minister and Lega Secretary Matteo Salvini.

In the afternoon, Marina Berlusconi, the eldest president of Mediaset and Fininvest, arrived at the San Raffaele hospital, while journalists and TVs began to arrive at the entrance on via Olgettina. During the 45 days of the last hospitalization Marina, together with her brothers and her lifelong friend Fedele Confalonieri, never failed to be present next to her father. His companion Marta Fascina is always present next to the leader.
