They approached him as he left school, then hit him with kicks and punches, humiliating him in the street, forcing him to kneel, threatening him with death and driving him to suicide. A group of six minors in Rome is seriously suspected of drug dealing, persecutory acts, aggravated injuries and aggravated robbery against one of their peers.

The raids were repeated and the violence was filmed and disseminated on social networks. Against the six the carabinieri carried out an application order of prescriptions, issued by the Rome Juvenile Court at the request of the Public Prosecutor's Office.

THE INVESTIGATIONS - The victim, after yet another episode of bullying, would have told the situation to his mother, and this is where the Carabinieri investigation was launched, carried out from December 2021 to February.

According to what was reconstructed by the military, the boy was repeatedly beaten until he received death threats and suffered the theft of designer clothes and mobile phone.

The judge ordered the six minors to keep a distance of 50 meters from the victim, to interrupt any contact with him, personal and telephone, finally obliging them to be followed by social services.
