He took his own life after killing his mother. Double tragedy today in Latiano, in the province of Brindisi.
A 32-year-old used an ax and threw himself at the woman. It seems that there was also a struggle with the father, who managed to free himself and ask for help. He was injured and was admitted to the Perrino hospital.
The son instead committed suicide by jumping into space from the terrace of the family home.
Rescuers and police are on site
