For the centenary of the March on Rome they went to Predappio with their little son dressed as Balilla . There are also two parents among the twelve people for whom the Forlì prosecutor's office has requested trial: they are accused of violating the Scelba law and the Mancino law which regulate the ban on the reconstitution of the fascist party and incitement to discrimination.

The facts were reconstructed by the Digos of Forlì in a report on what happened in Predappio, the small town in Romagna that was the birthplace of Benito Mussolini and where his remains are also kept: on 30 October 2022 many nostalgic people gathered to remember the centenary of the march that marked the rise of fascism, including Roman greetings, the ritual of the "present" and commemorations in costume.

Among these, in fact, also the child dressed as Balilla, "with beret, amphibians, black handkerchief around his neck, brooch in the shape of a fasces pinned to the collar of his shirt and another brooch in the shape of an imperial eagle", reported by the Digos, but not attributable as he is under 14 years of age. The pre-trial hearing in which the judge will have to evaluate whether the details of the trial exist is set for May 17th : by that date the reasons for the mid-January Supreme Court ruling on the interpretation to be given to fascist salutes in the context of the law should have been released Scelba.

A turning point that will also be fundamental for the fate of the 5 nostalgics already on trial in Forlì - on charges of having violated the Mancino law - for the Roman greetings given in Predappio on the occasion of a commemoration in July 2020. In the last hearing the lawyer of the five raised an exception, asking for the reclassification of the crime contested in the violation of the Scelba Law, on the reorganization of the dissolved fascist party and not of the one which instead punishes actions of racial discrimination. The Prosecutor's Office has reserved its position on the point in view of the next hearing, scheduled for 11 April.
