He was embarking with his truck from Livorno to Sardinia , but before getting on the ferry he ended up in the crosshairs of Jambo and Brook, the labradors of the Guardia di Finanza in service at the port of the city of Livorno.

As the vehicle passed, the two hounds in fact began to report something strange to the military of the dog unit and therefore a check was triggered, in the cabin and in the body. And in the end a suspicious bag appeared, with 9 kilos of cocaine inside .

The driver-courier, a 51-year-old Sardinian , was thus arrested for drug trafficking and taken to the Livorno prison of the Sughere, available to the judicial authorities.

Instead, the drugs were seized, which if placed on the illegal drug dealing market could have yielded over 3 and a half million euros .
