The bunga bunga? “It was a room where we went after dinner, a kind of disco where there was a muse”. This was stated by Giuseppe Brumana, historic butler of Villa San Martino in Arcore, testifying in the Milanese trial on the Ruby ter case against Silvio Berlusconi and 28 other defendants, including many former Olgettines accused of corruption in judicial acts and perjury.

Brumana became a waiter in Arcore in 1997, butler in 2009. At "elegant" dinners, he explained, "there was a lot of comings and goings, people came and went". Speaking of Ruby, the witness said that "she did not stay there in Arcore for two weeks" in 2010, because "the girls left after dinners".

Today's hearing is the penultimate one dedicated to the witnesses of the defense. A friend of Luca Risso, Ruby's ex-boyfriend, said that before the "scandal" Risso himself "was a wealthy person with a tour of economic interests in clubs and discos in Liguria".

"That's why I was surprised when he moved to Mexico," he added. The prosecutors suspect that Risso and his then partner Ruby received money from Berlusconi to open a business in the Central American country.

In the next hearing on March 23, the last texts of the defenses, including a couple that the Cavaliere's lawyers will try to summon again, after they did not appear in other hearings. Finally, in May, the floor will pass to the prosecutors for the indictment.
