Anti Briatore crowd bath in Naples, at the historic Sorbillo pizzeria at the Tribunali.

It is the response of Neapolitan pizza chefs to what they call a " provocation " by Flavio Briatore, who wondered what ingredients those who sell a margherita pizza for 5 euros use.

“You say that if pizza is cheap, it's not good? Here, we do it this way and these are the ingredients, taste it and tell me how it is ", launches the challenge Gino Sorbillo, surrounded by journalists, photographers and the usual hundreds of people who queue up every day in front of his restaurant in the center of the city of Campania.

That of Briatore, Sorbillo cuts short, “is a stupid controversy, pizza was born as a popular dish and must remain so . We like to work with the people and please everyone, children, the unemployed, professionals and retirees. In front of a pizza they are all the same, everyone must be able to afford it ".

There is also the Campania regional councilor Francesco Emilio Borrelli: “ Pizza was born as a poor dish, within everyone's reach, but healthy and genuine and we want it to remain so . Briatore with his ways has offended those who have made this product great and exported all over the world and the billions of users who feed themselves every year at popular prices ".
