14-year-old boy abused at the home of a relative, three arrests for sexual assault

He was sexually abused and was forced to attend intercourse.

Nightmare for a boy of less than 14, abused by relatives . For the affair, two men aged 41 and 49 and a woman of 44 were arrested in Catania on various charges of sexual violence against the minor.

All three ended up in prison after the precautionary custody order issued by the investigating judge of Caltagirone at the request of the local prosecutor.

The investigation resulted from the victim's complaint filed on 8 August. The investigations revealed that, a few days earlier, in the home of one of the arrested persons, a family member of the child, the minor would have been forced to be abused and to witness sexual intercourse .

The inner torment prompted the boy to confide in loved ones and to file a detailed complaint. The two men were taken to the Caltagirone prison, the woman to the Pagliarelli prison in Palermo, pending the interrogation under guarantee.
