"Let me solve your damn war." This is what Donald Trump reportedly told Vladimir Putin during a phone call after the peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan. The US leader himself reportedly made the statement during the US-Saudi Arabia Economic Forum underway in Washington.
Meanwhile, new rumors are emerging about the American plan to achieve peace between Moscow and Kiev . According to what a US official with direct knowledge of the matter revealed to Axios, Trump's plan would involve granting Russia parts of eastern Ukraine it doesn't currently control, in exchange for an unspecified US "security guarantee" for Ukraine and Europe against future Russian aggression.
