Trump Threatens 'Broad Sanctions' Against Russia. And Putin Would Be Ready to Discuss a Truce With Kiev

Vladimir Putin is willing to discuss a truce in Ukraine if progress is made toward a final peace deal, Bloomberg reported, after U.S. President Donald Trump warned that his administration is considering new, "broad sanctions" against Russia that would be maintained until a ceasefire agreement is reached.
The American leader has also made new provocations to his European allies in recent hours: "Europe does not know how to end the war, but I do," he said.
Meanwhile, the Russian armed forces' raids against Ukrainian targets do not stop. During the night between Friday and Saturday, new attacks by Moscow caused at least 11 deaths and 30 injuries in Donetsk.
