Niccolò Ciatti, the Chechen found guilty of voluntary murder
The jury accepts the thesis of the prosecution: the kick given to the young Italian "wanted to kill". It will now be up to the judge to determine the extent of the sentence

Rassoul Bissoultanov is "guilty of voluntary murder" .
This was decided by the popular jury of the Provincial Court of Girona , in Spain, at the end of the council chamber which thus leads to the sentence of the trial in which the Chechen citizen who participated in the beating of Niccolò Ciatti , the 22-year-old Tuscan who died in August of 2017 in Lloret on mar .
Accepted the thesis of the prosecution, according to which the kick launched at Ciatti by Bissoultanov " wanted to kill" .
It will now be the judge, at a later stage, to establish the extent of the sentence.
The prosecution asked for 24 years in prison and 9 years of advanced probation.
On the other hand, Bissoultanov's friend, Movsar Magomadov, was acquitted.
