Moldova: Pro-Europeans win with over 50% of the vote
With over 99.5% of the votes counted, the results favor Maia Sandu's party, which surpasses the absolute majority.

Moldova's pro-EU ruling party won the parliamentary elections with over 50% of the vote, according to official results released today. With over 99.5% of the votes counted, the Action and Solidarity Party, led by President Maia Sandu, received 50.03% of the vote, compared to 24.26% for the pro-Russian Patriotic Bloc.
