Iran, Trump: "Khamenei involved in negotiations, I'll meet him sooner or later."
The US president confirms the continuation of negotiations: "Many positive things will happen."

"I'd like to meet Mojtaba Khamenei. I'd like to meet everyone. I'd like to meet him, and we probably will meet sooner or later , depending on how things unfold." This is what Donald Trump said in an exclusive interview with the New York Post.
In another interview with Miranda Devine of the Washington Post, the US president, taking stock of the negotiations with Iran, said he believed the supreme leader was "absolutely involved" in the decision-making process on how to end the war and that the Iranians "have great respect for him."
Trump also reiterated his optimism about the negotiations, saying that talks with Iran were "evolving rapidly" and that the Islamic Republic "will not have a nuclear weapon, and many other good things will happen."
