French tourist couple stoned near Rabat, wife dies
Police called the perpetrator "deranged"

Two elderly French tourists were stoned by a man whom the Moroccan police described as "deranged". The two, both in their 80s, were rushed to hospital and the woman died after a few hours of agony from her head injuries. Her husband's condition is stable.
The episode took place in Moulay Bousselham , not far from Rabat, 48 hours before the semi-final of the World Cup in Qatar between Morocco and France.
