Clashes in Sudan, the death toll between soldiers and civilians rises

Clashes continue and intensify in Khartoum, the capital of Sudan, between the armed forces and rapid support teams (RFS) . This is the second day that gunfire and the sounds of heavy artillery have been heard in the city, despite international appeals.

The Sudanese army says it has taken control of the largest RSF base in Karari. While the RFS claim to have shot down a Sukhoi army plane. Meanwhile, the council of the Arab League has called an urgent meeting.

The number of people killed, according to the latest toll, is 56 civilians and soldiers. The wounded are 600.
