The Crew Dragon Endurance shuttle landed in the Gulf of Mexico , at the end of approximately 23 hours of travel after departing from the International Space Station (ISS).

On board are the four crew members of the Crew-3 mission : the German Matthias Maurer, of the European Space Agency (ESA) and colleagues from NASA Raja Chari, Thomas Marshburn and Kayla Barron. They return to Earth after a six-month mission aboard the Space Station.

Before entering the shuttle, whose hatch was closed at 5.20 Italian time, the handover for the ISS command took place between Marshburn and the Russian Oleg Artemyev.

The crew of the Space Station now consists of seven members: the Italian Samantha Cristoforetti of the European Space Agency (ESA), Oleg Artemyev, Denis Matveyev and Sergei Korsakov, of the Russian space agency Roscosmos, and the Americans Kjell Lindgren, Bob Hines and Jessica Watkins, of NASA.
