Afghanistan, the earth still shakes: new earthquake of magnitude 6.3

A magnitude 6.3 earthquake struck northwestern Afghanistan, with its epicenter 32 kilometers northwest of the city of Herat and at a depth of 8.2 kilometers.

This was reported by USGS, the US seismic observatory.

This is the same area where another very violent earthquake occurred in recent days, causing at least two thousand victims.
