Sardinia loses several parliamentarians following the constitutional reform which reduced the number of its representatives: from 25 to 16 . Therefore 11 deputies enter the Chamber while there are 5 senators. There should also be two grafts of the M5S elected in other colleges in the Peninsula.

The most significant increase is that of Fratelli d'Italia, the party of Giorgia Meloni, which passes from one deputy to seven parliamentarians: in the Chamber Gianni Lampis (regional councilor for the environment), Barbara Polo (deputy mayor of Ozieri), Salvatore Deidda and Francesco Mura (FdI group leader in the Region), elected in the proportional. In the Senate Marcello Pera, Antonella Zedda and Giovanni Satta.

The surprise center-left parades a seat in the Democratic Party in the proportional to the Chamber: the place in Montecitorio will be Francesca Ghirra. There are two parliamentarians for Forza Italia: Ugo Cappellacci and Pietro Pittalis in the Chamber, for the Lega Dario Giagoni .

The Democratic Party will be represented by Silvio Lai (deputy) and Marco Meloni (senator).
