Weather alert in Sardinia .

From midnight to noon tomorrow, Tuesday 13 December, the Civil Protection Decentralized Functional Center issued a yellow alert (ordinary criticality) due to hydrogeological risk and thunderstorms in the Montevecchio Pischinappiu, Tirso, Logudoro areas and in Gallura .

Western and northern Sardinia, the notice reads, "will be affected by scattered rainfall, even in the nature of isolated downpours or thunderstorms , with moderate cumulatives".

Severe thunderstorms are also possible.
