A 45-year-old man was arrested in Bosa by Carabinieri officers from the Macomer Company as part of an investigation into domestic abuse , initiated under the coordination of the Oristano Public Prosecutor's Office. The order, issued by the Oristano Court at the request of the Prosecutor's Office, places the suspect under house arrest with the use of an electronic bracelet . This situation has become unsustainable over time, so much so that it has forced the woman to leave the marital home and move, with her children, to her mother's house.

The final incident, the one that triggered the report, occurred when the man allegedly climbed over the gate of the house where the woman had taken refuge. This action prompted the victim to report the incident to the Carabinieri at the Bosa station.

The military, under the coordination of the Oristano Prosecutor's Office, verified the woman's story,
gathering serious evidence of guilt against the person under investigation.
