Years of threats and beatings at home in Terralba: electronic bracelet for an eighteen year old

Insults, threats and beatings were almost normal. For years, coexistence in a family from Terralba had reached the limit, then in recent times the situation would have become even more tense: verbal insults were joined by blows.

So in recent days, after yet another violent argument, the intervention of the Carabinieri was requested, who blocked the eighteen-year-old and sent a detailed report to the Prosecutor's Office. At the request of magistrate Valerio Bagattini, the judge ordered the size of the electronic bracelet for the boy who will therefore not be able to get close to his mother.

The young man, assisted by the lawyer Fabio Costa, currently lives in a situation of total precariousness, without stable accommodation in which to live, so much so that the lawyer is evaluating alternative solutions to avoid further problems.

According to what was ascertained by the police, the mistreatment in the family had been going on for years, the boy, still a minor, would have had violent attitudes towards his mother but also other relatives. A situation that risked degenerating if there had not been military intervention.
