Fear in San Giovanni Suergiu due to a huge fire that broke out in the Cortiois area .
The flames - driven by the mistral wind - enveloped the Gelso, Tiglio and Faggio farms . On site the helicopter of the Civil Protection, the Fire Brigade and the Traffic Police. The rescue machine was then joined by a group of volunteers who created firebreak barriers to stop the blaze, the causes of which are not yet known.
No injuries are reported.
