On the same occasion, the documentary “Emma” was also screened, again directed by Viola Ledda, also a former Azunian student, dedicated to the figure of the famous accordionist Emma Pucci, who since childhood was hindered, even with violent acts, in her attempt to cultivate her passion for music.
The spot “Chi ti ama ti rispetto” was created as part of a laboratory activity carried out under the supervision of Professor Fabio Di Pietro, an Italian teacher at Liceo Azuni. The song “Luna”, the soundtrack of the spot, is performed by the singer Sonia Mosca, while a voiceover invites women to call the number 1522 to react to violence in the certainty of not being alone but supported by the institutions.
Also attending the screening were Senator Ettore Licheri from Sassari and Dr. Maria Paola Gargiulo, head of staff for Senator Liliana Segre, president of the extraordinary commission for the fight against phenomena of intolerance, racism, anti-Semitism and incitement to hatred and violence.
